Founded in 1950, Kuljetusliike Tyvi Oy is a privately owned limited company and a part of the Kaukokiito system. Tyvi has over 50 employees, and its fleet comprises close to 30 drawing vehicles and trailers.

The premises on Tyvi in Valkeakoski consist of a terminal responsible for the pick-up and the distribution service, a garage with automatic washing lines, and the office premises.

Tyvi´s fleet mainly consists of covered vans and trucks that are suitable for a variety of needs faced by the customers. In deliveries where the temperature is regulated (FNA and FRC), the delivery temperature can be set as necessary between -25 and +15 °C.

Kuljetusliike Tyvi´s operational system includes quality, environmental, and safety systems. The quality system is based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard; the environmental system is based on the ISO 14001 standard;
and the safety system is based on the BS 8800 standard, with sections concerning safety and health included. Customer service is based on a scheduled, proactive, and efficient performance of transport services.
